StoneBrook Homes has developed our exclusive "Cost Plus” Guarantee pricing system. This system calculates the cost of materials and labor plus 10% SBH commission to arrive at the final cost. This system tracks all expenses through every phase of construction, including funds paid to SBH. The homeowner even has the potential to receive cash back from SBH at the time of move-in if actual cost is lower than projected cost, which occurs 75% of the time.
This is how our “Cost Plus” Guarantee pricing system works:
· Home is built for the projected cost of materials and labor plus 10% SBH commission.
· Contract details all building specifications and allowances agreed on by SBH and homeowner.
· No extra charge for changes.
· Guaranteed final completion move-in date. If this date is not met because of any delay caused by
SBH, cash is paid directly to the homeowner for each week past the scheduled date.
· Potential to receive cash back from SBH at the time of move-in if actual cost is lower
than projected cost.
